As far as the project Jayamani in Kolakanatham is concerned, it is important to emphasize our efficiency in implementing rental strategies that provide the client "double income." Having received a minuscule 1.5-cent plot (approximately 729 sq. ft.) to work with, our designers managed to arrange two completely different flats on the space where initially one was supposed to be placed.
