Safety & Structural Rescue: The Mathialagan Project
Mathialagan Project in Anaippadi is definitely our most notable “rescue operation”. The team inherited a project which had been left incomplete for four years due to a tragic and fatal electric shock caused by an absolute lack of safety measures under the previous regime. From October 2025 through January 2026, the site was transformed from its dangerous state into an excellent and safe house. First and foremost, our team created stringent safety and compliance standards, namely the implementation of advanced electric protection and grounding systems. Apart from safety issues, other structural problems needed to be solved as well. The addition of necessary structural pillars and changes in the design plan to accommodate the quality standards were some of the necessary steps taken by our team. Furthermore, the previous bad Vastu of the building was fixed to match traditional requirements and modern-day construction techniques. For modernizing purposes, our team implemented good quality UPVC windows on the balcony areas and a unique "cool roof" technique on the terrace floor to enhance thermal insulation.
Project Highlights:
- Rescue Operation: Completing a project which was left incomplete for four years because of safety issues.
- Strict Safety Measures: Implementation of state-of-the-art electrical safety measures and grounding measures.
- Additional Structural Support: Adding structural support beams to correct faulty planning.
- Up-to-date Facilities: Installing thermal insulation on the roof and UPVC windows.
